Develop a comprehensive non-credit program that offers an array of educational courses, program and services in a variety of formats and venues that meet the professional development and leisure learning needs of the community, region, and state and are consistent with the University's mission.

Objective: Participant Satisfaction

Provide exceptional support and service to our customers during the process of completing their course, workshop or event by providing technical support, administrative support, instructional support, and one-stop services.
