Lake Point Conference Center offers a wide variety of meeting rooms to meet your needs, from our Executive Board Room up to our Main Conference Room.  All meeting and dining rooms have wireless Internet access available.  Our three primary meeting rooms are equipped with integrated audio/visual/computer equipment for your presentation requirements all at no extra charge.  These rooms feature an open floor plan with mobile furniture allowing us to provide customized room configurations; as well as individual climate control.  Smaller rooms are also available for breakout sessions or for smaller groups.

Our meeting rooms feature:

• upholstered, swivel, height adjustable chairs

• free wireless internet access

• audio/visual equipment at no additional charge

• interactive white board

• customizable seating configuration

• available upon request - flip charts, dry erase boards

Meeting Room A

Located in the Business Services Building the seating capacity ranges from 18 - 30 depending on room configuration. This room measures 25 x 29.

Meeting Room B

Located in the Guest House it measures 30 x 25 and can accommodate 18 - 30 based on the room arrangement.

Meeting Room C

Our largest meeting room is located in the Event Center adjacent to the Dining Room and measures 30 x 45.  Maximum seating capacity varies from 30 to 130 determined by the room arrangement.

Executive Board Room

For smaller meetings with a maximum capacity of 12, this room measures 30 x 14 and is located in the Guest House.

Dining Room

With a full view of the lake this room is located in the Event Center and measures 29 x 50 with a maximum seating capacity of 150.
